HOW IT WORKS:
LPD project manages each assignment with a work breakdown structure (WBS) as follows:
L - Listening to the clients' business wants, requirements, vision, schedule and expectation.
P - Planning per our talent pool of designer, illustrators, translators, animators and output vendors for the best costing, quality, schedule (lead time) and shipping while maintaining open communication our client.
D - Delivering the completed on time assignment meeting or exceeding the clients expectations and satisfaction.
During the many years in the field LPD has developed solid relationships with dedicated freelance graphic artist, illustrators, animators along with contracted offset, digital and 3D printers. This has been both rewarding for the company and our clients deliverables. But most importantly reduces the additional overhead cost extend to our clients.
